i found my N*SYNC Home for Christmas cd and put in my stereo. About half way through it started skipping. horribly. i listen to this cd every Christmas. the one cd that my mom said i had to keep when I pitched my N*SYNC junk. glad she did. then i realized - i have had this cd for 12 years. it’s been in my possession since i was 10 years old.
whoa.
talk about feeling aged. it was a constant battle between N*SYNC and Backstreet Boys. that’s when i began to think - i will end up being one of those parents who says
“when I was your age, we didn’t have iTunes.”
“i remember when cell phones were bigger than that.”
“i used to listen to music on tapes, not MP3s.”
“we didn’t have dvds.”
oh good grief. life is ridiculous. N*SYNC is no more and JT thinks he’s so cool. Still, i think i’m going to have to purchase this album from iTunes because, for real, it’s a favorite.
don’t hate.
