Mama used to make these cookies that are deeeeeeelectable! So, clearly you need to make some too!
Here is what you need:

1 Cup [softened] butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup firmly packed light-brown sugar
2 Lg. Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
2 Cups Semisweet Choc. Chips
2 Cups Toffee Chips
1 Cup sweetened Coconut Flake
1 Cup coarsely chopped Pecans
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar and brown sugar together until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until blended. Stir in vanilla. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. I do not usually sift anything, but my roommate has a classy sifter that I used.

I put all the above dry ingredients in here and sifted it into my butter mixture, thus saving a bowl and having fun :)
So no matter how you mix it, gradually stir into butter mixture until well blended. It should look smooth and delicious like so.

And I dare you to taste it just like this. It is scrumptious. But to make it even better you will want to add the following:
2 Cups of Rolled Oats, 1 bag of mini chocolate chips, 1 bag toffee chips, 1 bag of shredded coconut, 1 bag pecan chips, and 1 bag dried cranberries. Phew.
But no kitchen sink (get it?)
With all the good stuff, you wooden spoon is rendered useless. Therefore -

YOU GET TO USE YOUR HANDS!!!!!!!!!! (And all the kids scream)
Mash that stuff up and have a party! Make sure it’s all mixed in and then, on your cookie sheet (which I line with parchment paper), place a good heap of the dough and bake for about 15 minutes. I like my cookies chewy so I bake them for 12-13 minutes.
In the end you got yourself a nice bowl fun of yum!

The great thing about these cookies is that you can add whatever you want. Substitute anything for whatever it is you like to have in your cookies. No matter, they are irresistible. Go bake some yum!
